近期 http 单播 测试回放的时候经常性不成功！

主要表现就是连接上以后，rtp2httpd 没有拉取 http 单播的数据，但是一直连接着，有时候又可以，同样的时间占位符，我走 iptv 线路可以正常使用，或者其他第三方代理都能正常播放！
另外 http 格式能不能多支持几种:现有格式;去掉 http 的格式;还有就是后面完整带 http://格式，这样也会省很多麻烦！

我到时候建一个时间占位符和回放基础地址的规则库，按运营商-省份-城市来处理！这样可以让社区来完善规则库！

老大，http 的代理还要优化啊！这样就可以一个软件搞定组播单播了！不用再折腾其他的代理了！✌️︎(ᐛ)✌️︎

这样的格式，我直接使用iptv线路可以播放，但是走rtp2httpd 就不行了，连接上了，但是没有数据进到rtp2httpd 里面！一直保持这个状态，单播直接播放可以正常播放，就是回放的时候就出现问题！
