Syntax check of Stackl docs

Add an option to check the syntax of the stackl-docs. This way, you can check if the stackl-docs are correct without having to apply them.

# Purpose of this new feature

It can be used in the pipeline of a feature branch, to make sure the documents can be applied, without having to apply them.
