Updates the Docusaurus site navigation and the ToolHive support documentation to better reflect current branding and to surface Stacklok enterprise offerings for potential customers.

Description
Updated the navigation bar to rename "ToolHive Docs" to "Docs" and added a link to the Enterprise offerings. Enhanced the enterprise support section with additional information and links for potential customers.
