Add subcommands for automatically selecting and configuring an MCP server for a specific type of resource

We currently have the run command to set up a specific MCP server. As an ease of use function, we should consider adding commands which take the name/path/URL/etc. of a specific resource, and set up the right MCP server for it. For example, a command like like thv mcpify db <URL of database> would pick an appropriate MCP server for that database technology, prompt the user for the configuration needed, insert it into the secrets manager, and run the MCP server.

What if we'd keep using the run subcommand as the main entry point. But instead, rely on a protocol to be set to run and auto-generate the packaging?

e.g.

you could run an mcp packaged for uvx via: thv run uvx://awslabs.core-mcp-server@latest

or an npx-packaged MCP via: thv run npx://pulumi/mcp-server@latest
