Support `--foreground` flag and `--from-file` flags

Currently we cannot run --foreground and --from-file at the same time. We should support this.

I've successfully fixed the CLI to allow --foreground and --from-config flags to work together.

Todo List

• Find the validation logic that prevents these flags from working together
• Understand the purpose and implementation of both flags
• Modify the validation to allow both flags
• Commit and push changes
• Provide PR creation link

Analysis

Found the issue in cmd/thv/app/run.go:486-500. The validation logic was preventing ANY changed flag from being used with --from-config. However:

1. The --foreground flag is a runtime execution flag (controls HOW to run), not a configuration flag (controls WHAT to run)
2. The runFromConfigFile function already respects runFlags.Foreground (line 456)
3. This flag should be allowed as it doesn't conflict with loading configuration from a file

Changes Made

Modified the validation logic to use an allowlist of execution-related flags that can be used with --from-config:

• --foreground: Controls whether to run in foreground or detached mode
• --debug: Controls debug output (also an execution flag)

These flags control HOW to run the server, not WHAT to run, so they're compatible with loading configuration from a file.

Testing

After this change, you'll be able to run:

thv run --from-config runconfig.json --foreground

The command will load the configuration from the file and run the server in foreground mode as expected.
