Summary: add docs/report-artifacts.md, link it from README/reviewer path, refresh golden reports, and enforce total_input_lines/skipped_blank_lines in contract tests. Validation: git diff --check; cmake --build build; ctest --test-dir build -C Debug --output-on-failure.
