Add v1 consolidation reviewer pack

Summary

• Adds a top-level reviewer pack for the consolidated detection workflow lab review path
• Adds an architecture diagram for the local file-based workflow
• Updates roadmap and reviewer brief toward v0.7 / v1.0 consolidation instead of open-ended demo expansion
• Extends reviewer-doc tests to cover the new pack and architecture docs
