This fixes the issue mentioned by @bbrk24 in a comment on another PR. I've updated the
swift-winui
family of packages (more precisely, my forks of them) to use exact revisions for all dependencies. I also reverted the latestswift-windowsfoundation
commit to fix the underlying issue (thebrowsercompany accidentally introduced a local package dependency)
