Probe is single instance but (see ROX-31270) there's an automated check that all deployments have at least 3 replicas. This annotation should disable that check - see https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/service/app-interface/-/merge_requests/162309#note_18434536 for the comment from AppSRE.
