Both failures are ppc64le infra flakes: IBM Power VM provisioning failed with "unable to locate a storage provider with enough free resources" for both the run-konflux-tests and integration-tests workflows. Same issue as #3291, same timestamp window. Konflux build passes. Approving for 4.9.7.
