This PR adds image rewriting configuration for the FACT component to support Konflux builds on OpenShift. FACT (rhacs-fact) appears to be a new component in the Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security product that requires both RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 variants, similar to other components in the system.
