compliability with ubuntu 12.04

I tried to create a debian package from your code and stumbled across the following issues which I managed to fix:

• adapted udev rules to work with 12.04
• renamed pyrocket.py to pyrocket (dpkg-buildpkg gave an error because it was looking for it)

If you didn't already fix it, you can use the code from my fork or I can send you a pull request.

P.S.: I saw on launchpad that you want to maintain the package. This would be great.

I just realised that I forgot to git add the renamed pyrocket.py - I just did that and pushed it. BTW: It also works for quantal.

Until all has found its way upstream, I published the package for 12.04 on my ppa: https://launchpad.net/~zarquon42/+archive/ppa
