RNAseq analysis for testing role of an ncRNA and temperature with Azole resistance
This uses STAR to map reads, featureCount to extract read counts, DESeq to identify differentially expressed genes, explore TPM, and compare up and down regulation in volcano plots, GO enrichment for terms in different expression change categories across three temperatures (25, 37C, 42C).
