Inconsistent behavior parsing domain-literals using addrparse

addrparse will successfully parse:

• <test@example.org>
• <test@[192.0.2.0]>
• <test@[IPv6:2001:db8::1]>
• test@example.org
• test@[192.0.2.0]

Yet, it will fail to parse:

• test@[IPv6:2001:db8::1] (without <>)
