spam-filter.auto-update clarification inside URLs

Hey, for packaging the spam-filter.toml in NixOS it's unclear whether the URLs inside the asn.urls are affected by spam-filter.auto-update = false.

Checking for example for the ASNs in

stalwart/crates/common/src/config/network.rs

.values("asn.urls.asn")

I don't see any "direct" link quickly that would tell me whether this is part of this.

Also is it possible to use file:// URLs for the links in the TOML?

ASN lookups also work when the spam filter has been disabled. ASN lookup can be disabled separately.

Also is it possible to use file:// URLs for the links in the TOML?
