opeing the modal with show, or onclick method

Hi thanks you for this nice project
but i am wondering if there is any way that we can initialize the modally and open the modal by performing DOM, Onclick method
like
$(document).on('click', 'modal-id', function() {
modally.add('modal-id');
});
