Biodiversity as Infrastructure
This repository contains a bunch of left-over pieces from developing a unified program spanning physics, computation, cognition, and infrastructure. The central premise is that dynamics, meaning, and identity are not properties of static states but of constraint-preserving transformations across fields, trajectories, and systems.
The work proceeds along four tightly coupled axes: theoretical physics, computational architectures, cognitive systems, and applied infrastructure. Each project functions as a module within a larger compositional framework.
A field-theoretic reconstruction of physics in which the universe is modeled as a coupled system of scalar potential Φ, vector flow v, and entropy field S. Expansion is replaced by entropic relaxation and structural smoothing, with gravity emerging as entropy descent.
A theory of consciousness as a sparse projection engine that reconstructs world-states through recursive inference. Agency is treated as a fixed point of constraint satisfaction under partial observability.
A recursive inference mechanism embedded within RSVP dynamics. CLIO formalizes how systems iteratively repair and stabilize their own representations under conflicting constraints.
