Cannot share files into standard notes or control where they go (Android)

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On android phone find something to share into standard notes (example, recorder app on pixel, share the media file)
2. in this other app, files or whatever, press share
3. select standard notes
4. nothing happens

Note: sometimes if it is text or something, then it does put the text into whatever note is already open. But with the audio file, and perhaps others, nothing happens at all, it doesn't save to files, or go into a note, or have any way of handling where it would go

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
All files should be shareable into standard notes
There should be a modal or something that handles where it goes

IE

1. share from another app
2. share to standard notes
3. when the screen switches to standard notes it has the options to
4. Insert into open note
5. insert into another note
6. insert into new note
7. just save to files
