Installing

Requirements:

• Windows 10/11 64bit
• 100GB Free Storage
• Steam Account that owns Destiny 2

Recommended:

• Add an exclusion of the game folder to windows defender.
• Add an exclusion or disable smart app control.

Installing

!! The folder you select is where the game will be installed !! Chose an empty folder !! Use the installer.

Manual Install

1. Download Steam Depot Downloader (here)
2. Download both required depots to the same folder

.\DepotDownloader.exe -app 1085660 -depot 1085661 -manifest 7180122903232116872 -dir <install-location> -username "YOUR_STEAM_ACCOUNT" -remember-password -qr -os windows -osarch 64

.\DepotDownloader.exe -app 1085660 -depot 1085662 -manifest 2210332166360342287 -dir <install-location> -username "YOUR_STEAM_ACCOUNT" -remember-password -os windows -osarch 64

3. Download the latest dll from releases
4. Replace the file <game>\bin\x64\steam_api64.dll with the downloaded file
5. Start the game through destiny2.exe in the game folder
