New custom lug-wine runners!

• Thanks to @mactan-sc, we now have custom lug-wine runners created based on TKG wine builds with patches specifically for Star Citizen! These runners aim to make the game as close to "it just works" out of the box as possible for the majority of you Space Penguins!
• These are now the new default runner when the Helper installs the game, and can additionally be selected in the Manage Wine Runners menu.

• 32 bit compatibility for EAC
• Reduce instances of 30k disconnects when joining PTU environments
• Better support for nvidia DLSS
• Some improvements to make cameras more detectable for Faceware/FOIP
• Versions patched for ntsync
• The fsync runners are compatible with older LTS distros that ship with an old glibc version

Other changes

• Improved post-install messages/instructions
• Added more useful error messages when archive tools required for extracting runners aren't available on the system
