• Added a copy_sim argument to ss.MultiSim.run() to handle large parallel runs of a single sim (e.g. ss.MultiSim(sim, n_runs=100)), where multiprocess pickling isn't guaranteed to implicitly copy the sim.
• Removed (unused) _locked attribute from ss.TimePar.
• Converted tutorials and user guide from Jupyter notebook (JSON) to Quarto notebook (Markdown) format.
• Added GitHub Actions workflows for test coverage, docs build, and linting.
• Changed from implicit (*) to explicit imports in __init__.py, and removed __all__ from individual modules.
