Where would this foreign key have been created? This PR is breaking our upgrade v3 -> v4 right now. |

@CasEbb it was used at one point in the v2 releases, so I guess it depends on how far back you came from. Open to suggestions on how to check the FK exists before dropping it - I'm not aware of any. |

As reported on discord there is an error in the form migration, we needed to drop the foreign key first.
This PR ensures that is done.
