Handle Identity verification issues

Identity verification needs to be backed up in Waku and most likely it is not implemented. In this regard there is a need :

• update the doc with Waku back up spec
• create a task to implement this thing in desktop repository Identity verification requests should be stored on waku status-desktop#13448
• review the current figma for identity verification and renew our coverage in test rail
