Prepare test plan for regression for 2.27.0 Alpha

• - create test run in test rail
• - create regression task in GitHub (desktop repo? ) 2.27.0 Alpha regression testing #474
• - create cross reference in https://www.notion.so/Desktop-Releases-reports-9766810721a147888cd72e2f9b80e78c
• - think of which type of report to provide afterwards (total pass/fail ratio, or maybe in addition to that - any stats for happy path on features we want to deliver, etc)

Maybe anything else that i dont remember

In the Notion page (or maybe GH issue) we will post automation run results as well

i think i will close it as done (mainly) , however I still work on wallet (mostly gaps)
