Rework permissions test to reduce number of launches

Permissions test has 5 iterations , each of them takes ~15 seconds of test itself + 30s for setup, which results in 45 seconds per iteration, so in total results in almost 4 minutes for a test.

This could be optimised by doing all the actions in the same app / the same community
