@Stef4678 Stef4678 released this 05 Sep 09:01

Maintenance release to re-submit to the Obsidian community plugin store with the required release assets.

Changes since 0.0.1

  • Version metadata bumped to 0.0.2 (manifest.json, versions.json)
  • Release assets now follow the Obsidian store rules: main.js, manifest.json, styles.css attached directly (no zip)

Features (unchanged from 0.0.1)

  • Single & batch import of .eaglepack / zipped Eagle library files — no dependencies
  • Each item becomes a Markdown note with the original image embedded
  • Bookmark/webpage items: clickable source link + preview thumbnail below
  • Editable item-type classification (Bookmark / Image / Video / Audio / Document / Font / Archive / Other) with a type badge next to each title
  • Pack-level gallery/index note per import
  • Eagle folders mirrored as vault folders; Eagle tags → Obsidian tags; full metadata in frontmatter

Install

  1. Download main.js, manifest.json (and styles.css) from this release
  2. Put them into <your vault>/.obsidian/plugins/eaglepack-importer/
  3. Enable EaglePack Importer in Settings → Community plugins

Import and display Eagle (eagle.cool) EaglePack export files (.eaglepack) inside Obsidian — single file or batch mode.

Features

  • Single & batch import of .eaglepack / zipped Eagle library files (no dependencies, works offline)
  • Every item becomes a Markdown note with the original image embedded (Obsidian native ![[…]] links)
  • Bookmark/webpage items: clickable source link + preview thumbnail below it
  • Editable item-type classification (Bookmark / Image / Video / Audio / Document / Font / Archive / Other) in Settings
  • Type badge next to each item title (notes + gallery)
  • Pack-level gallery/index note per import, thumbnails below each title
  • Eagle folder structure mirrored as vault folders (toggleable)
  • Eagle tags → Obsidian tags; full metadata in frontmatter (id, url, annotation, palette, dimensions, star rating, …)
  • Safe re-import (skips existing files; overwrite option)

Install

Copy the attached eaglepack-importer-0.0.1.zip into <vault>/.obsidian/plugins/eaglepack-importer/ (unzip main.js, manifest.json, styles.css), or clone the repo into that folder, then enable EaglePack Importer in Community plugins.
