Default Page Template for Openlitespeed Webserver

I requested for this feature some months ago if it'll be possible to load the default page template for Openlitespeed servers.

It works fine on Apache and Nginx servers but for Openlitespeed/Litespeed

New installation just shows 404, if it's not possible to show the template based on the architecture of Litespeed, is it possible to download an index file of the default page during the process of adding a domain, so instead of a blank directory it'll have an index file.

i tried back then but I could not get the default page to work on ols as it does on others, tried a few different things in their config: https://github.com/stefanpejcic/openpanel-configuration/blob/main/openlitespeed/httpd_config.conf

as a workaround, since it checks for index.html first then index.php - you can create a post-domain-add hook to just create index.html in domain docroot: https://openpanel.com/docs/articles/opencli/hooks/

then test on a new user with ols when adding domains if works as expected - hope that's enough for your use case. if it does work as expected, i'll hook it into the domain-add process for future installs.
