PHP Extensions UI

It would be incredibly helpful to have a visual UI toggle where users can enable/disable specific PHP extensions (like imagick, zip, soap, etc.) per account, similar to how cPanel handles it. This would save hosting admins a lot of support tickets!

User can:

• view active extensions
• install PHP extensions (data is fetched from PHP directly so new extensions that are avaialble will automatically show up)
• enable/disable installed extensions
