CodexBar shows stats different from Codex CLI

Tomorrow is the last day of my monthly subscription; is this why the CodexBar is buggy?

The screenshots' stats seem to match. Please reopen with more information.

@ratulsarna : they don't, one is for session, the other is for weekly limits; I would suggest this to be re-opened, but I'll let you decide that. I think this is an edge case, when your subscription is cancelled (won't be renewed and you've got a few hours left before it expires).. Up to you :)

Reopened, but the account subtitle shows "Free" so that's also a contradiction. If you have a PR that looks into this, please raise it.
