Not detecting Claude credit usage correctly

I have a 5$ recharge in my claude plan for extra usage, and the max limit is 20$.
But instead of detecting the 5$, it is detecting 20$ in the usage bar.

Either we should specify it is the usage percentage of total allowed or it should be out of $5 instead of 20.

Fixed in #980 / c6392ed.

Claude Extra usage now labels the denominator as the monthly cap, so a $20 maximum spend limit is no longer presented as the recharge amount. The displayed numerator remains the used/recharge-side amount exposed by Claude, and the menu card now renders this as Monthly cap: used / cap.

Verification: focused Claude usage/OAuth/web/menu-card tests plus make check, and CI passed on #980.
