P2 Badge Avoid third-party tracking via README banner

When the README is rendered on GitHub (or any viewer that loads remote images), this banner URL triggers a request to ghrb.waren.build on every page view. That leaks viewer IP/user agent to a third-party service and creates an availability dependency outside the repo. If this repo aims to avoid external tracking or outages, consider checking in a static image instead or using a GitHub-hosted asset.
