chore(release): bump version to 0.0.2

Bump package.json, package-lock.json, and server.json to 0.0.2 so the next stable release publishes npm and creates the MCP Registry entry together at the same version (0.0.1 predated the MCP Registry workflow job). Update the release-metadata test pin.
