PG Schema（7 表）+ 迁移 + 4 个 Storage Adapter + SpaceManager + AgentPool， 64 个测试全绿。传输层（REST/WS）留后续 Phase。
- Phase 4: Hono REST API（认证中间件 + Space CRUD + Session 路由 + createStelloServer 入口） - Phase 5: WebSocket 传输（ConnectionManager + Gateway 升级/消息分发） - 更新 skills（server-storage 新建，server-design/server-package-plan 更新） - 90 个测试全绿，构建通过
