Option to show tempo based grid

Useful for making loop and section selections in beats and bars. Time based grid not so good for this.

Currently, It is displayed when adjusting the tempo grid but in that state it is impossible to create or drag to adjust selections with mouse drag on edges. Only scrolling in the mm.ss. numeric boxes will achieve this in grid adjust mode provided there is an already active loop or section.

Ideally one should be able to switch between time or tempo based grid displays.
