Embedded data appearing 

Using taskmaster with the old look and feel editor & the Qualtrics 2014 theme, I've had the page numbers appear at the top of the survey. It seems like something with the css on the divs isn't working -- putting style: "display:none" directly into the spans/divs seems to have worked to hide this. Not sure if there was another way to fix, but just FYI
