This version adds the ability to launch the app into full screen mode via command line

Downgraded to Electron.s v12, since v13 was causing a lot of bugs it seemed. :/

MacOS should be able to full screen again.

For Windows users, this release supports both 32 and 64-bit systems, so the download file sizes are a bit larger to reflect this.
