Application Error when installing

I ended up trying to reinstall social stream ninja but am getting this issue. I got it before and just re-extracted and that worked but that's not working now. To reproduce I downloaded the latest windows installer, extracted, and double clicked which resulted in this error. I am running on Windows and have tried restarting

Curious, does version 0.3.0 bug out also?

Wonderful. I'll push it into production I think, but any testing you can do would be helpful
