Enable the Grafana server so it starts on reboot. This is important so the server stays up after a system reboot
Update datasource to reflect DNS change of ChatOps prometheus endpoint
Updating the roles in Grafana so they reflect the IRIS IAM groups. If you are in the stfc-cloud/admins group you will have the admin role. If you are in stfc-cloud/team you will have editor role. Else will be viewer. This change only applies to dev Grafana.
As we are using a proxy to access grafana we should include the forwardfor header so Grafana logs can see the source IP for a request
