Add calculation of hourly wage from monthly wage

There are probably good pre-existing solutions for this.

User should be able to fill in:

• Their monthly bruto wages
• Hours worked per week
• Loonheffing or not

To get their netto hourly wage. This should also be set automatically in the popup for counting the money.
