WS2812 not working how to solve??

I am unable to use Blue Pill with Adafruit_NeoPixel and implement WS2812 functionality through Arduino IDE. How can I do this?

I found that WS2812B requires a parallel connection of a 0.1u capacitor. Some manufacturers omit this, leading to malfunctions such as erratic flashing.
