Adds NEWS.md entry for v0.2.0, documenting all changes introduced in this release.

• Renaming: node_adoption_time() → node_by_adopt_time(), node_thresholds() → node_by_adopt_threshold(); periodwise functions reclassified as motifs; model_k() → method_k()
• New features: gap method for cluster k-selection; node_in_community() separated from community-detection algorithms; centrality scripts split by type; new roxygen2 parameter and level templates
• Documentation: core docs split into mark/measure/member pages; brokerage, diversity/assortativity, cohesion, closure, cliques, components, features, and hierarchy docs updated and separated by level
