You have an error in the translation. The error is that if you translate the lines:

  "optionsIsolationTabGlobal": {
    "message": "Global"
  },
  "optionsIsolationTabPerDomain": {
    "message": "Per Domain"
  },

Then the popups called on these lines will be empty.
I have re-uploaded the translation without these lines + other fix.

I would like to see more lines from you for translation in the English file. Unfortunately, I'm not a script writer and I can't help you with upgrade the code.

Thanks. Adding more strings is a bit more tricky, but I will look into it when I get the time.
