Overview

Welcome to the official wiki for Endfield_FineWine. This project enables you to run Arknights: Endfield on an Apple Silicon Mac through a custom-patched CrossOver Wine.

Our goal is to provide the necessary compatibility edits to bring Arknights: Endfield to a near-native macOS gaming experience. Patches by the DW-Proton project have been used as the basis for getting the game's VMProtect/TenProtect armor, the ACE anti-cheat, and rendering commands to run properly on macOS.

Note: This project does NOT bypass anticheat. It adjusts the CrossOver environment to allow for Endfield's anticheat services to run uninterrupted, while optimizing translated calls from DX11/Vulkan to Apple's D3DMetal.
