0.2.1 dist broken because query.svelte.js file is in lower case

@stolinski Thanks immensely for maintaining this package while Zero is still in alpha.

I just updated to 0.2.1 but the build is broken in linux because package/dist/query.svelte.js is in lower case.
It was package/dist/Query.svelte.js in 0.2.0 and it is still imported like that in index.js.

Should be fixed in 0.3.1. It's on GitHub rn but the publish failed while I was on the airplane. Will get it up first chance.

fixed in v0.3 lmk if you are still seeing this. I hate file casing with Git issues.
