ECONNREFUSEDerror constant, lands a substantial wave of HTTP, fetch, and XHR adapter bug fixes around redirects, aborts, headers, and timeouts, and welcomes 23 new contributors.A handful of fixes in this release are either security-adjacent or change observable behaviour.
