- Use index.md files where a section has an overview - Except for section-headers, as that just looks weird - Also reformatted some code blocks for syntax highlighting

Previously, we had a mix of index.md and overview.md files, which leads to inconsistent behavior on strandsagents.com.
Per the team, we're standardizing on index.md files so that clicking on sections loads the overview pages.
