One of the most important aspects of the Strapi marketplace is the review workflow. Any new plugins, providers, tools, or any future community submission must go through a review process before being listed on the marketplace. The review process will consists of two mandatory review processes. The Business review and the Security review. These two separate reviews should together determine the publication state of a content entry.
While the Review Workflow feature seems like a good fit for going through the business review, I’m wondering if it will meet all the requirements here. which are:
- If a plugin gets declined or changes are requested, the reviewer needs to not only update the workflow state but also be able to store their feedback somewhere.
- The business and security review should work together to determine the state of the plugin. If the business review was approved but the security review was not that information needs to be stored and prevent publication.
