[bug]: dateTimePicker becomes slow when step value is 1

What version of design-system are you using?

What's Wrong?

When you decrease the step value from default "5" to a lower value it becomes really slow.

To Reproduce

Change step value to 1

Expected Behaviour

So be as smooth as with the default value.
