Allow committing llms*.txt under static in CI

This PR fixes the deploy workflow failure by allowing the generated LLMs files in the public static folder to be committed.

Changes:

• Add .gitignore exceptions for:
  • docusaurus/static/llms.txt
  • docusaurus/static/llms-full.txt
  • docusaurus/static/llms-code.txt

Outcome:

• The workflow step that stages and commits these files no longer fails due to ignore rules.
