Add an Install Strapi Docs MCP entry to the toolbar dropdown#3298

Conversation
Add a dropdown entry, right after Open with Claude, linking to the docs MCP server page (/cms/ai/docs-mcp-server). The existing Open with ChatGPT/Claude buttons serve non-technical readers in one click; this gives users who want a persistent connection a way to discover and install the Strapi Docs MCP server. Uses the existing navigate action type, so it opens the instructions page in a new tab.

This PR adds an Install Strapi Docs MCP entry to the page toolbar dropdown, right after Open with Claude. The existing Open with ChatGPT and Open with Claude buttons let non-technical readers use the docs with an LLM in one click; this new entry points users who want a persistent connection to the docs MCP server instructions. It reuses the existing navigate action, opening the page in a new tab.
